Mobile Apps (iOS and Android)
Roadmap
The FluidGrids iOS and Android apps are in development and are not yet available in the App Store or Google Play. Watch fluidgrids.ai/ecosystem/mobile for the release. This page describes how they will work; until then, use the web app on your phone.
On a phone today
Open app.fluidgrids.ai in your phone's browser. On a phone-sized screen the sidebar is replaced by a bottom tab bar with My Workflows, Runs, History and Templates, and everything else is in the More sheet. A phone is good for checking runs, retrying a failed node and approving a waiting run. Building workflows is possible, but the builder is designed for a larger screen.
When the apps ship
- Install from the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play.
- Sign in with the same Burdenoff account as on the web. Google, Microsoft and single sign-on providers open in an in-app browser sheet and return you to the app.
- Push notifications are off until you turn them on with the Push notifications switch in the notification centre footer; the app does not ask at first launch. If you declined the system prompt, enable notifications for FluidGrids in your device settings.
- Links: the apps register the
fluidgrids://scheme, so afluidgrids://app/<path>link opens that screen in the app, the same as on the desktop. - Updates to the app's interface arrive in the background between store releases.
