Web App
The web app at app.fluidgrids.ai is the complete FluidGrids builder and console. The desktop and mobile apps run the same interface.
Browsers
Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. The visual builder is designed for a desktop-sized window; you can review runs on a smaller screen, but build on a larger one.
Signing in
Open app.fluidgrids.ai and sign in with your email and password, Sign in with Google, Sign in with Microsoft, or your organisation's single sign-on. If your account has multi-factor authentication, you are asked for the second factor next. See Account and Sign-in.
To use several accounts, choose Add account in the profile menu; Switch Workspace in the same menu moves between workspaces without signing out.
Install as an app
Browsers that support installable web apps (Chrome and Edge, for example) offer to install FluidGrids from the address bar. The installed app opens in its own window and keeps you signed in, but otherwise behaves like the browser tab. For a native app, use the desktop app.
Push notifications
The footer of the notification centre (the bell in the header) has a Push notifications switch. Turn it on and your browser asks for permission; once it is on, the switch reads Push notifications are on, and you are notified even when the tab is closed (Get notified when this tab is closed).
If the switch says Push notifications are blocked. Re-enable them in your browser or device settings., you declined the browser prompt earlier. Browsers do not let a page ask again, so allow notifications for app.fluidgrids.ai in the browser's site settings, then reload.
Which run events notify you is set on the workflow module's Settings screen and under Communication › Notifications.
Links
Every screen has its own URL, so you can bookmark or share one, such as a workflow in the builder or a run's detail view. A link opens for anyone who signs in with access to that workspace; people without access see an access message rather than the content. To show a workflow to someone outside the workspace, use Share in the builder (see Navigating the App).
